Technician, Digital Media

Job Summary

The overall role of Technician, Digital Media is to work closely with marketing communication team to manage digital ads and social media crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implements online lead-generation and advertising activity to contributing sale
  2. Tracks analytics across all digital channels – contents, social media, and web data insight weekly/monthly on progress report
  3. Monitoring and knowledge on campaign ads management for all social media platforms to optimize cost-efficient and effectively. Understanding SEO and SEM are advantages.
  4. Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all digital contents are placed at right ads format
  5. Identify latest social media features and trends to ensure the brands at the forefront of innovation within FMCG industry
  6. Constantly stay up to digital platform issues
  7. Other tasks will be assigned by superior.

Key Challenges

  1. Demonstrate ability to produce creative, unique and trendy plan in line with current market situation and consumers’ trends.
  2. Be able to run ads with cost-efficient and effective budget to increase brand visibilities.
  3. Be able to go extra mile and work on holiday or weekend or overtime for company events.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in IT, Media and Communications, Marketing or related fields.
  2. Experiences:
    • At least 1 year of working experience in Media, Digital Marketing or FMCG
    • Have experienced in digital technical issues, social media management, and other online advertising.
    • Have a basic knowledge of IT Technical Support, and other necessary developing tools and to support digital marketing team.
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good in using social media
    • Good command in Khmer and English
    • Detail oriented
